With all of these farm fresh tomatoes around the house, tasty meals are never on short supply. The FAT sando is one fine example. Think grilled cheese on a hearty seeded harvest bread with feta, avocado and lots of tomato. I would repeat this number any day.
Layer on the three ingredients and then butter the outsides — or use Earth Balance, like I prefer — before grilling it up all nice and brown. Or use a panini and take it a notch healthier. But really, the butter does something to it that is simply… unmatched, you know?
