I have to say, it’s pretty darn good, this stuff. Gluten free and sweet as can be, it cured my cravings and sustained me all morning.
I started with quinoa, cooked as normal (boil 2 cups water per one cup quinoa, until absorbed). Then I blended a whole banana, one cup coconut milk, and 2 tbsp flax seeds before adding it to the cooked quinoa.
After cooking it over medium heat for another 3-5 minutes, I scooped it into a bowl and ate it! As is. Well, that’s not true. First, I tried a smidge with cinnamon and decided it didn’t need it.
So easy, so good.
